Not sure I've seen that car, but I think I've seen that plate before in Central VA. Which would make sense given the Richmond, VA sticker and Blue Ridge Parkway plate...
No idea who it is though!

Hey! That car looks familiar. Thanks for noticing. Honestly, I can't say I would have become aware of this car's existence if it weren't for OPPO and Jalopnik. Yes. My wife and I just moved from the Fan out to the suburbs. I'll probably bring the car around to cars and coffee when the weather gets better! I'd love to meet up with some follow oppos!
